How do I get started with Molecule Content Studio?

Getting on board with us is done in three steps: initial call, contract signature, and a strategy session to kick off the collaboration. Simply contact us through our website, and one of our account managers will reach out to schedule the initial call.

Is there a limit to how much work you can do for us?

Our packages are generally unlimited in scope. We rely on a reasonable approach and a long-term partnership focused on quality.

How does ongoing communication between the client and Molecule work?

We adapt to our clients' preferred communication channels. Most often, we communicate via email, but we can also use Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, or even Skype. While managing your communications, we stay in regular contact and aim to plan in-person or virtual meetings every two weeks to discuss plans and strategies.

How often can I contact you with work requests?

As often as you need.

What if our organisation doesn’t have a professional visual identity for creating graphics?

We will create one for you.
